New Western Australia Muslim Guide

Sometimes, due to cultural and religious restrictions, it’s difficult to travel overseas. However, nowadays, those in charge of tourism are usually sensitive to everyone’s needs and try to make things conducive for travelling. Tourism Western Australia recently launched its new Muslim Travel Guide in Malaysia. It’s a compilation of information tailored for Muslim travellers in Malaysia to fly down under and explore the dreamlike state with ease.

Tourism Western Australia’s Country Manager for Singapore and Malaysia, Ava Ang shared that Western Australia is a special place that offers many rare and unique experiences for anyone who seeks it. “We hope the relaunch of our Muslim Guide will ease travel planning for Malaysian Muslim travellers to visit the state, marvel at its natural wonders and experience its rich cultural heritage for themselves,” Ava said.

A place of dreams, Western Australia is a great destination for Malaysian Muslim travellers. Australia’s largest state, Western Australia is filled with unique experiences derived from its natural and cultural heritage. Home to world-heritage listed destinations, including one of the world’s largest fringing coral reefs, and also home to one of the world’s oldest living cultures, it’s a waste if we don’t go for a visit there. One could consider it an otherworldly destination and the guide is available to assist Malaysian Muslim travellers for a smooth holiday experience, catering to their needs.

Western Australia’s Walking on a Dream brand will appeal to adventurous explorers, and the guide covers an updated resource to Western Australia’s natural and cultural attractions as well as excursions like road trips and day trips. It also features an extensive list of available Halal eateries and accessible Muslim-dedicated spaces located throughout the state.

Besides travel itineraries, the guide provides comprehensive information such as travel guidelines from arrivals, driving and public transportation – a helpful resource for everyone.

Worried about getting your visa to go there? We were informed that the application process for Electronic Travel Authority (ETA), a similar representative of a visa to enter Australia, can now be obtained within a week of application, though it is advisable that applications are submitted at least four weeks prior to departure to avoid any unforeseen circumstances.

The Muslim travel guide is now available at https://www.westernaustralia.com/my/plan-my-trip/planning-tools/brochures-and-guides. For more information on Western Australia, please visit www.westernaustralia.com.
