Yugyeom and Nanon Grace the Opening of the New Coach Store
Coach recently hosted a star-studded event with celebrity guests and friends of Coach to celebrate the official opening of its new concept store at The Exchange TRX mall. There was a lot of excitement as in attendance were guests of honour, South Korean singer, songwriter, and dancer Yugyeom and Thai television actor, singer and model, Nanon. Dedicated and excited fans lined up for hours just to get a glimpse of and to welcome these two handsome celebrities who clearly have a lot of charm and charisma.
Nanon arrived first and his loyal fans could be heard screaming in delight the moment they spotted him. His personality was engaging and he greeted everyone graciously. Later, it was time for the appearance of Yugyeom who came looking very dashing. The happy fans could not get enough of him and kept waiting patiently outside the Coach store after he went in, until he came out again when it was time for him to leave. After he left, it was Nanon’s turn and his faithful fans got another chance to look at him while he waved and smiled at them endearingly before leaving the area.
The opening event was officiated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by General Manager of Tapestry SEA & Oceania, Ms. Campbell O’Shea; Project Director for The Exchange TRX and Head of Retail for Lendlease Malaysia, Mr. Mitch Wilson; Yugyeom, Nanon and Daiyan Trisha.
The store was impressive and there were many products displayed beautifully and creatively. It has a welcoming and sophisticated ambience which will surely captivate customers. The first in a series of newly reimagined locations to roll out globally over the year, the new concept store at The Exchange TRX mall captures Coach’s vision to merge its iconic visual language with the expressive spirit of today’s generation to create an innovative retail experience.
It spans across 2,526 square feet and is inspired by the house’s New York heritage. The space features a light and airy open concept with an inviting lounge seating area—a design approach rooted in community. On top of that, tapping the dynamic energy of Coach’s hometown, the space features an array of one-of-a-kind touches including an eclectic mix of bespoke furniture and decorative pieces.
Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the conceptualisation of this store, which is sure to be one of the places visitors to The Exchange TRX are likely to appreciate.
