Drowning usually happens fast and silent. It can happen anywhere from pools to hot tubs and even in oceans, lakes, and rivers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are some <strong>tips to prevent drowning<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
